Ben’s Chicken Shop is our best kept open secret. The ambience and design is a reflection of our kitchen’s philosophy of producing simple fare with dramatic flair. Our chicken is josper-grilled, are prepared over the brisk flames of a charcoal fire. Featuring Modern BBQ dishes, designed by Keith Choong from Hit & Mrs, this menu is about contemporising global cuisine cooked over the age-old technique of charcoal fire. Be it a Korean spin on charred short rib with homemade kimchi or a Japanese-influenced grilled hamachi jaw with lychee salad, we aim to try new flavours and bring adventure back into the dining room.
